We stand behind everything we sell. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can exchange or receive a full refund if your item has manufacturing defect in it's materials or workmanship.
Full price items purchased at Charla Tedrick are eligible for store credit within 30 days of purchase. Any product purchased with a discount code will be refunded for store credit at the discounted price purchased.
Returns must be in original condition (unworn, in original condition with packaging in tact). All shoes must be returned with shoebox in its original condition with no postage labels attached. A box replacement fee of $10 will be deducted from any returns not meeting these requirements.
To return or exchange an item, fill out the Product Return/Exchange Form below and send back to us along with product. Once we have received your returned merchandise, we will issue store credit for your original order. Returns will be processed within 2-3 business days of receiving and you'll receive your store credit via email.
Exchanges can be done using your store credit. Once we receive your returned item, we'll get you a store credit code that you can use to purchase your exchanged item under a new order.
Shipping fees will not be credited unless the mistake was on Charla Tedrick.
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact customer service immediately.
Charla Tedrick will provide a free exchange or full refund for defective items when notified within 7 days of receipt, provided the items are unworn with all original packaging in tact.
