We stand behind everything we sell. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can exchange for another size, another product, or for a full refund.
Full price items purchased at Charla Tedrick are eligible for exchange or refund within 30 days of purchase. Any product purchased with a discount code or at a sale price will be refunded at the discounted/sale price purchased.
Returns must be in original condition (unworn, in original condition, with packaging and shoebox in tact). All shoes must be returned with shoebox in its original condition with no postage labels attached or damage to shoebox. A box replacement fee of $10 will be deducted from any returns not meeting these requirements.
To return or exchange an item, fill out the Product Return/Exchange Form below and send back to us along with product. Please note: SHOES IN SHOEBOX MUST BE SHIPPED IN OUTSIDE BOX/SHIPPING CONTAINER. DO NOT ADHERE SHIPPING INFORMATION/LABELS TO SHOEBOX. Once we have received your returned merchandise, we will issue a refund for the price at point of sale or issue you a store credit to place a new order for the updated size or product you want. Returns and store credits will be processed within 2-3 business days of receiving and you'll receive notification via email.
Exchanges can be done using your store credit. Once we receive your returned item, we'll get you a store credit code that you can use to purchase your exchanged item under a new order.
Shipping fees will not be credited unless the mistake was on Charla Tedrick.
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact customer service immediately.
Charla Tedrick will provide a free exchange or full refund for defective items when notified within 7 days of receipt, provided the items are unworn with all original packaging in tact.
